Of all the streets in Sydney, Bourke St in Surry Hills has always been one of my favourites. And that was before Bourke Street Bakery opened, or Bistrode. Now I love it even more because it’s the home of my new favourite cafe – Remy & Lees.

groovy decor – fun without trying too hard
the quiche
the simple blackboard menu
the art – especially the japanese photography
didn’t love
that I wasn’t there at breakfast to try their legendary bircher muesli

goats cheese quiche with side salad
drank
soy chai

I live mere metres from Remy & Lees. How lucky am I! Love them to death.
